As often reported on our project pages, areas surrounding Gladesville such as Ryde, Breakfast Point and in this instance; Tennyson Point – are some of Sydney’s hottest regions for development. This particular site was purchased by it’s current owner with pre-existing development approval for major redevelopment of the land with a set dual residence structure already designed with the sale, basically instructions at the ready for anyone committed enough to undergo the knock down rebuild process.

Fast forward a couple of years and the property was once again for sale, this time however being described with an entirely different selling point.

Which is exactly where Home Demolitions comes in, taking full advantage of already established development approval and getting straight to work, completing the job in just a couple of days. To utter surprise of many, the replacement of a traditional Sydney side home with a multi-story Brutalist concrete structure was not met with any opposition, with the majority of the street taking careful note of the procedure as most of which are planning their own knock-down rebuilds later in the year. We look forward to returning just to check out the progress of the behemoth, stay tuned for updates.
