Requirement
To demolish a single-storey brick veneer house safely and hand back the site to the client to build a new house.

Solution
All asbestos containing materials were removed as per the HAZMAT report provided by the client. The demolition work commenced upon the independent asbestos assessor inspecting and issuing an asbestos clearance certificate. The house was demolished by an experience machine operator using a 23-tonne excavator.

Result
Successfully demolished the single-storey brick veneer house without any hiccups. The client was satisfied with the completed site.
