Bellevue Hill, NSW 2023

Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs have been a steady contender over the past few decades for the city’s most desirable location. Bellevue Hill in this instance offers the peace and ocean views without the hustle and bustle found in direct beachside areas like Bondi and Bronte.

This particular project lead by Airth Building presented a plethora of technical challenges from it’s soft sandy soils through to an almost impossible to navigate narrow street lined with traffic of proportions more accustomed to inner city carparks.

Unlike many other demolition operations, the entire process was wide open to public viewing thanks in part to the heavy foot traffic in the area but mostly on accord of a perfectly positioned park complete with viewing benches located directly beside the property. With this job nearing completion, we look forward to seeing the final product within the next year or so.
