Requirement
To demolish a single-storey asbestos house safely and hand back the site to the client to build a new house.

Solution
This was another project that was in proximity to the neighbouring houses and the demolition team had to utilise a 14-tonne excavator to perform demolition work. The strip-out crew performed a manual demolition to remove gutters on both sides to prevent any damage to the neighbours’ properties. The manual demolition works were performed upon receiving an asbestos clearance certificate issued by the independent asbestos assessor. The demolition work was completed using a 14-tonne excavator due to limited access.

Result
Home Demolitions successfully demolished the single-storey asbestos house without causing any damage to the neighbouring properties. The client was extremely happy with the result.
