Requirement
To demolish a single-storey brick veneer house safely and hand back the site to the client to build a new house.
Solution
Had enough access for a 23 tonne excavator to access the site to perform the demolition work. The asbestos removal team removed all asbestos containing materials prior to commencing demolition work. The house was demolished and all waste was removed to appropriate waste facilities.
Result
Successfully demolished the single-storey brick veneer house without any issues. The client and the client’s builder were satisfied with the final site.
