Requirement
To demolish a single-storey double brick house safely and hand back the site to the client to build a new home.

Solution
Performed demolition work under Australian Standards for Demolition AS2601, all asbestos containing materials were removed manually by the asbestos removal team prior to any demolition work commencement.

An independent asbestos assessor inspected and issued a clearance certificate upon completion of asbestos removal work in order for an excavator to knock the house down. All wastes were taken to appropriate waste facilities for recycling and/or disposal.

Result
Home Demolitions successfully demolished the single-storey double brick house safely. The client and the client’s builder were satisfied with the completed site.
