Located amongst Sydney’s magnificent Eastern coastline, Dover Heights has long been revered as one of the most desirable suburbs to reside. Much the same as the neighbouring areas of Bondi, Vaucluse and Rose Bay – the landscape is heavily strewn with expansive parks, tree lined streets and some of the cities oldest homes, unsurprisingly – by the 1950s just about every remaining block of land saw development, this came at the height of popularity for what are now affectionately referred to as beach shacks or classic Australiana asbestos fibreboard homes.

In what is slowly becoming a trend in property sales, this home was purchased with commissioned plans and development approval included with the title in the bill of sale.
